Nufera – Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via www.nufera.ch. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Use of Website
Use of this website is at the customer’s own risk. The customer agrees not to use the site for any unlawful or abusive purposes.

3. Products and Natural Variations
Each Nufera jewelry piece is handcrafted from natural gemstones. Variations in color, pattern, transparency, and weight are natural characteristics and do not constitute defects.

4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are in CHF. Nufera is currently not VAT-registered. Updates will be communicated via the website.

5. Orders and Confirmation
A purchase contract is established when the customer receives an order confirmation email. Nufera reserves the right to cancel or reject orders due to pricing or stock errors.

6. Payment
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, Diners, Discover), TWINT, PostFinance Card / E-Finance, and PayPal.

7. Shipping
Deliveries are made within Switzerland via Swiss Post (PostPac Priority or PostPac Economy). Delivery times depend on Swiss Post conditions.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days after receipt if the items are unworn, undamaged, and include all original packaging and tags. Custom-made or discounted items cannot be returned.

9. Warranty Disclaimer
All products are handmade and subject to natural changes. Nufera assumes no liability for wear, scratches, chemical reactions, or improper handling.

10. Limitation of Liability
Nufera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the order.

11. Energy and Health Disclaimer
The gemstone energy information provided is for cultural and spiritual purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice.

12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including texts, images, and designs, are property of Nufera and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

14. Force Majeure
Nufera is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction lies at the consumer’s residence under Swiss consumer protection regulations.
