1. Personal data we process
We process personal data you provide or that is collected when you use our site: name, postal address, e-mail, phone number, order and payment details, delivery address, communication/support records, and technical usage data (IP address, device/browser info, logs, cookies/similar tech).

2. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to fulfil contracts (order handling, delivery, customer care), to communicate with you (confirmations, updates, support), to comply with legal obligations (retention), and based on our legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention, IT security, statistics/analytics). Under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), processing is lawful if it does not infringe personality rights or is justified by consent or overriding legitimate interests.

3. Processors/recipients (payments, shipping, hosting, analytics)
To provide our services we use selected third-party providers, including payment services (e.g., TWINT, PostFinance, and where applicable PayPal/card acquirers), shipping/logistics (e.g., Swiss Post), IT/hosting providers, and web analytics/marketing tools (e.g., — if enabled — Google Analytics). These providers may act as processors under contractual safeguards.

4. International data transfers
If data is transferred outside Switzerland, we ensure either an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) or rely on your explicit consent, as required under Swiss law and FDPIC guidance.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (TOMs) to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction (e.g., access controls, encryption, backups), as required under the FADP/DPO.

9. Children
Our offer targets adults. Orders by minors require consent from their legal guardians.
