Return & Refund Policy

 

Return period:

       within 7 days of receipt (only for defective items or if the item differs from the description).

Conditions:

​

• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Original labels and tags must remain intact and attached to the item.

• Please fill out the return and refund form using this link.  Return and Refund Form

• If a defect is confirmed, Nufera will cover the return shipping cost.

• Once we have received the item you returned and completed the quality inspection, we will process the refund through the original payment method used. The refund will typically be completed within approximately 7 business days.

        All Nufera creations are made from natural gemstones.  Slight variations in colour or texture are natural characteristics, not defects. This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through www.nufera.ch. Effective as of October 2025.
